1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wefanzy.com (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you disagree, refrain from using the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Creator": User who posts exclusive content for compensation.

• "Subscriber": User who pays to access a Creator’s content.

• "Content": Material (photos, videos, text, etc.) shared on the Platform.

3. Account Requirements

3.1 Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• Fake identities or third-party accounts are prohibited.

• Identity verification is mandatory for Creators.

3.2 Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

• Report unauthorized access immediately to info@wefanzy.com.

4. Content and Conduct

4.1 Creator Rules

• Prohibited Content:

  • Illegal material (abuse, violence, discrimination).

  • Non-consensual content or infringement of third-party rights.

  • Spam, scams, or impersonation.

• Content must be properly tagged (e.g., "sensitive," "adults-only").

4.2 Subscriber Rules

• Sharing, recording, or redistributing paid content is prohibited.

• Do not contact Creators outside the Platform to avoid fees.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 For Subscribers

• Payments are non-refundable, except for verified technical errors.

• Wefanzy charges a transaction fee (detailed on the pricing page).

5.2 For Creators

• Minimum payout: $25 USD.

• Monthly payouts via available methods (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

• Taxes: You are responsible for reporting income per local laws.

6. Intellectual Property

• Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Wefanzy a license to distribute it on the Platform.

• Unauthorized use of Wefanzy trademarks or logos is prohibited.

7. Suspension and Termination

Wefanzy may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in fraudulent activity.

• Harm other users’ experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Wefanzy is not liable for:

  • User interactions.

  • Financial losses from Platform use.

  • Content removed for policy violations.

9. Changes to Terms

Significant changes will be notified via email or a Platform notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal and California state laws. Disputes will be resolved in courts within California, USA.
